We rested in the hotel with our wife from October 10 to 18, 2019. We really liked the hotel thermal pools, there are three of them and you can choose a pool with a comfortable temperature. The area around the pools is conveniently equipped: you can always relax near the pool in the open air or under the roof. We had half board, that is, we also had dinner at the hotel. The food was delicious and varied. Surprisingly, even though the hotel was crowded, the dinner was organized in a way that did not take up much time. I would like to thank the Russian-speaking employee Tatyana, who helped us with all organizational issues.
We haven't noticed that.

Nice hotel. Three pools. I liked all three. And a thermal indoor and outdoor with bike simulators, and a spa pool and a swimming pool - all great! It's not far to the center. There's a bioproducts store nearby, really more expensive than a department store. The department stores are a 15 minute walk away. There are many sights to see on foot, if it's even better by bike. Padua is a 25-minute bus ride from the city centre. The botanical garden in Padua is the oldest in Europe, dating back to 1545. Quite a decent breakfast, very tasty and plentiful dinner, designed for a large man, all not only not to eat, but even not to try!!!
The room has a very old wardrobe, probably since the hotel opened in 1956, it squeaks and closes badly. Eeriely hard masseuse on the bed, and pillows that look like pancakes, flat and hard! In the morning you wake up and your whole body hurts from these beds!!! It's good that you can go straight to the spa pool and swim, stand under the shower, which all the guests do!

I asked for a big beg and the girl of the reception explained me that they only use to put together 2 single beds. In a 4 star hotel there aren't double bed !! So we slet in a very unconfortable way. Moreover the girl of the reception didn't even say 'I am sorry'... The relation quality / price is not worth.

The swimming pools are fantastic, with plenty of room to relax. Breakfast is varied and tasty, with enough options to start the day right. The hotel is situated in a great spot, perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The spa treatments are fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing treatments during our Easter stay.
Some areas require maintenance, with electrical plugs not working in certain areas and drains not always working as they should. The restaurant was average, and we wished for more variety in the menu. Noise from other guests and rooms could be an issue from time to time, but the staff handled it well. All in all, an enjoyable stay and a lovely Easter weekend.
